HORRIBLE!! DISGUSTING!!! Went here for the night got there around midnight woke up around 3am to my daughter crying so I turn on the lights & theres bed bugs on the bed! So we get up my husband goes to the lobby & no ones coming so he calls a couple times till they answer he told them the situation didnt say a word! So he goes back to the lobby the guy comes out says I'll give you a refund . No apologies can't even look at him! Seriously 3 am! With 2 toddlers were from out of town & this is what we get NO!
