unfortunately we can't. This morning I called and spoke to David to see if they did an specific service, he put me on hold while he asked he said yes they did. So hours later I called back and spoke to the manager (Lorie) which she completely denied the service.. Unfortunately that's the only location close to my house, so I will come in this week to close my accounts to this bank location and go with another bank institution where appreciates my business.. She is really unpleasant person to talk to.. What an in charged person to talk to!!!!

Samantha Gonzales was very professional and very helpful. SHe is a prime example of what customer service represents. She was patient and cordial and answered all of my questions during the opening of my new account. She even offered me the free checking due to my military service. THANKS!
