    The owner of that shop is a thief. I file a complaint already with the BBB and Sacramento. I took my tv to get it fix. When I came back to pick it up, the owner told me that he couldn't fix it. I got it fix at another tv shop.
    My tv had missing parts and other parts that it did not belong to my tv. This guy is a straight up con-artist.
