I just want to let everybody know that the so-called manager, Mr. Lopez, went back on his word once again. Blatantly lied to me multiple times when he didn’t have the Kerge to step up and admit when he’s wrong but yet continue on and not even follow through once the truth is been brought to light. I have never met someone that is so much about his ego when the truth is staring everybody right in the face and he still can’t come clean. People that work for him under him or whatever know what I’m talking about because I had a long conversation with one of his coworkers. He gave me the runaround saying that he was going to work for me and do everything he could for me turns out he hasn’t done a damn thing no phone call even after all that’s going on nothing. You are truly the professional Mr. Lopez. If you are in management you should not be plain and simple. You want to argue about the most insignificant thing when the crucial parts about the business Deal you want to sidestep and not answer and not address. You should not even be in the line of work that you are if you cannot communicate and have the simple decency to be an honest person. This is the first review I have ever written. And just so you know I went to another dealership in the same day at the same visit I walked out of there with a car that was not only four years newer for five years more expensive and you want to say it’s hard to get people approved? Get real get right and get on. The guy I spoke with two afterwards that I actually was a man about things he should be your boss. There hasn’t been one word that you have told me that was truthful.
